Poh's Kitchen - Season 2

Poh begins her culinary adventure in a premium seafood region, Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. In Pt Lincoln she gets to swim with tuna, and in Coffin Bay she eats the biggest oyster you'll ever see!

Poh discovers the secrets of flour in central Tasmania. At a restored flour mill, Poh grinds her own grain and bakes her first loaf of sourdough bread. She also meets pastry chef Alistair Wise who makes her milk a goat.

Poh's on the road in Singapore, one of the great international food capitals of the world. Poh gets in amongst it, meeting food-loving ex-pat Antonia Kidman and food stars Andre Chiang and Janice Wong.

Poh's on the road to Port Willunga on SA's Fleurieu Peninsula to attend the 'One Magic Bowl', an event where eleven local chefs are creating eleven seafood dishes to be served in one bespoke bowl on the beach.

Poh's on the road to the Australian alps. Recently Poh has been using beer as an ingredient instead of wine to give an extra bit of sweetness and complexity. So she's off to visit a charming boutique brewery near Bright.

Poh has always been fascinated with Thai food and so she is on a road trip in Thailand to find out more about its traditional cooking techniques. She visits the northern city of Chiang Mai and the capital Bangkok.

Poh's road trip takes her to King Island where she immerses herself in island life. She tries milking a cow, meets a master cheese-maker and visits an organic egg farm where the chooks have their own retirement paddock.

Poh is on the road in Melbourne to find out why this city takes its coffee so seriously. So many factors have influenced the growth of Australia's coffee culture and Poh finds its all on show here in Melbourne's back streets.

Poh is in WA's remote East Kimberley cattle country. She has always dreamt of having the full-on outback cattle experience and at Home Valley Station all her dreams come true. She also discovers the wonders of the Boab.

Poh loves baking cakes, and loves decorating them even more. She is in Perth to meet cake decorator extraordinaire Rochelle Adonis and to catch up with chefs Emmanuel Mollois and Hadleigh Troy to learn more about chocolate.

It's the final leg of Poh's road trip and emotion takes her by surprise as she bonds with the Yidinji people in Northern Queensland catching and cooking eels before sampling locally grown coconut and vanilla.
