MovieStream aggregates movie and TV show data from The Movie Database (TMDB) and provides user-facing pages with trailers, metadata, and curated collections. We do not host any copyrighted video content; streaming embeds are provided by third-party services such as player.embed-api.stream.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must not share access or allow unauthorized use.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any breach or unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Misuse includes but is not limited to:

• Scraping or harvesting data without prior consent.
• Uploading, posting, or embedding infringing or illegal content.
• Attempting to interfere with the site’s security or functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and audiovisual elements produced by MovieStream are protected intellectual property. TMDB data is used under TMDB’s terms. You may not reuse or redistribute MovieStream’s compiled data without permission.

6. Third-Party Services

MovieStream relies on third-party APIs and video providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or outage events that affect availability.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses risk to the service or other users.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update the Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will display the “Updated” date above.
