The furious war between Hanuman and Ravan is stopped by Lord Shiva. Hanuman is in his Rudra Roop making it quite obvious that Ravan would have lost his life in this war. Lord Shiva tries to calm down Hanuman's anger. However, after Ravan leaves the battle ground, Hanuman hears Lord Shiva uttering the name of Lord Shri Ram. This utterance completely soothes and mesmerizes Hanuman who gets lost in his Bhakti.
