Extreme Makeover heads to New York to do some extreme work on Kenna and Michele. Michele is a single woman who has often been mistaken for a man. She turned to Extreme Makeover to help her replace her tomboy image with that of a beautiful woman. Michele had rhinoplasty, fat removed from her cheeks, eye lift, brow lift, chin implant and her teeth whitened. Kenna, a 45-year-old single mother and tennis coach, received an Extreme Makeover after years of sun exposure had left her skin severely damaged and looking decades older than she really is.
