Popatlal, accompanied by Gokuldham society members, arrives at the Dhobi Ghat in search of the laundryman, who took his shirt and along with it the lottery ticket. The laundryman, known as Kallu Dhobi, is nowhere to be found. Finally, after cascading through the bewildering streets, Popatlal stumbles upon Kallu Dhobi.
