Four young girls go missing in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Some turn up dead, some are never seen again. Phelps and Kelly investigate the murders which are decades apart but with one thing in common: blonde hair and blue eyes. But are they connected in another way? Are they victims of the same serial killer?

Phelps and Kelly take a grim trip to the seaside town of Newport, OR, to investigate the unsolved murders of five teen girls. The bodies of local girls have been turning up dumped in the forest, and it looks like the work of a serial killer. But who is he? And what twisted clues could he have possibly left behind?

Phelps and Kelly head down to Texas to investigate the disappearances of over 30 young women. Some have gone missing, some have turned up dead, in a flat, steamy wasteland along the I-45 freeway between Houston and Galveston known as The Killing Field. It's paradise for serial killers — time for paradise to get shut down.

In the spring of 1992, a serial killer cut a swathe through the Mid West with six victims across three states, shot execution style. The victims all worked in small stores just blocks from I-70. Phelps and Kelly take a long trek across the Midwest to investigate the unsolved murders on this lonely stretch of highway.

Phelps and Kelly head to Boca Raton, FL, to investigate a series of kidnappings and murders. In March and December 2007 two women were shot dead as they left the same shopping mall. A robbery gone wrong? Or the work of a serial killer?

Phelps and Kelly investigate the unsolved murders of four couples on a remote lovers' lane in Virginia, attacked in their cars by a serial killer who may be posing as a cop.

Phelps and Kelly head deep into the Canadian wilderness to investigate the mysterious disappearances of over 30 women on this remote highway. Is it one killer, or multiple serial killers? Will it ever be safe again?
