The Titans' Fourth of July festivities are interrupted when Mad Mod comes to the party uninvited, declaring the American Revolution a hoax and reclaiming the city for jolly old England. To make matters worse, old Mad Mod steals Robin's youth. Can the remaining Teen Titans devise a plan to take back their city and save their leader?
