And in Haslemere he assists a vendor that really should know better. Retired couple Lenny and Mary want to sell up in Reigate and return to their roots in Ireland. But Phil discovers a dated decor and a serious case of pine cladding that's holding them back. Meanwhile, estate agent Kimberley in Haslemere is struggling to sell her own home with all her clutter.
