Leslie Town asks Harlan for his help in a criminal case she just landed. The trial is three days away and they need to verify Magar Zakarian's alibi. Harlan refuses at first because Zakarian's alibi will be shot by the prosecution but she promises dinner and he cannot resist. Meanwhile, the firm is hired by a woman who wants to know if her husband is cheating on her.
