About this season

In this season, 36 participants will compete divided into 6 teams: Costeños, Santandereanos, Cafeteros, Antioqueños, Vallecaucanos and Cachacos. A seventh team was formed in the first episode with five contestants kicked off other teams during the first competition; This team is called "Los Desterrados" and is led by Osmin Hernández, the Cuban celebrity trainer also known as the "Psychotrainer."
