Malli is moved as Goutham shows her Rajendra Bhoopathi’s final video, and she learns about him having left his wealth to her. Elsewhere, Rajendra Bhoopathi's suicide stuns Jaydev and Diya.

Shakuntala visits Laxmikant in prison, then meets Kamala, the maid he had hired. Later, they secretly mix abortion medicine into the glass of milk meant for Bhoomika and the latter drinks it.

Goutham is stunned when Sarvamangala reveals that Bhoomika has jaundice and urges him to give her herbal medicine. Later, Mandakini scolds Sadashiva for bringing home a cradle before the baby’s birth.

Goutham, Shivanna, and Parvathi rush Bhoomika to a hospital, where Shivanna fends off attackers. Elsewhere, Anand regains consciousness. Meanwhile, Karna arrives for Bhoomika’s delivery.

Goutham rejoices as Bhoomika gives birth to a daughter, but Jaydev kidnaps the baby on Shakuntala’s orders. When everything seems lost, Karna's words about a miracle give Goutham new hope.
