Later, they visit an ancient trabucco, an old fishing machine, and discover how the seaside towns of Puglia used to catch their seafood. Alongside these adventures, Nadia makes two delicious dishes from Puglia: Focaccia Pugliese and Linguine Al Cartoccio.
