Kerem's feelings for Yasemin have intensified and he begins to see Burak as a threat. Halil warns Ayfer not to tell anyone what happened, but she has already told Leman. Ayfer tries to hide the fact that the neighborhood knows what happened. Burak tells Halil that Mine's sister's name is "Yasemin". A drug addict who comes to the hospital during a shift causes trouble for Yasemin.
