A Pinch of Snuff - Season 1

During a visit to his dentist Jack Shorter, Peter Pascoe is told about porn movie shown, at the Calliope Club, where the actress appeared to be too realistically beaten. Before any case develops, Shorter is accused of under age sex.

Jack Shorter is beaten up in his own surgery after accusations of sexual impropriety made by Sandra Burkill but Pascoe learns that she is no stranger to porn films. A fire at the Calliope Club is an excuse to re-open the investigation.

When it is discovered that star Linda Abbott is dead the search is on for the snuff movie "Droit de Seigneur" Brian Burkill is out for revenge when he discovers nude pictures of his 13-year-old daughter's are linked to Godfrey Blengdale.
