In an effort to get over his unrequited crush, Ethan invites another girl to the Christmas party, but the gesture doesn't stop him fixating on Alicia once he arrives on the scene. Meanwhile, Charlie and Duffy take advantage of the festivities to announce their relationship, but things turn sour when Ryan, Duffy's husband, turns up
