Ian Sinclair is an American voice actor known for voicing Whis from Dragon Ball. He voiced in other anime and video games for Funimation and Sentai Filmworks including Borderlands 1 and 2, Panty and Stocking, Bamboo Blade, One Piece, Danganronpa, Space Dandy, Toriko, El Cazador de la Bruja and Street Fighter V.
