True Jackson, VP

True Jackson, a 15 year old sandwich salesgirl with a flare for fashion, gets a job as the Vice President of the fashion magazine "Mad Style." She is joined by her friends, Ryan and Lulu, to help her with her new job.

When Lulu makes a serious mistake on one of True's projects, True must decide whether or not to fire her friend. Meanwhile, Ryan tries to come up with an awesome online video that will be an internet sensation.

When True is put in charge of a high-maintenence fashion model named Dakota, she quickly loses her patience with her. Meanwhile, Ryan falls for a new worker at "Happy Berry Yum Yum" and enlists Lulu's help to win her over.

When True is put in charge of a project that requires her to have skateboarding knowledge, Lulu and her come up with a plan. They decide to dress up like boys and enter a local skateboarding club to get the inside scoop. Getting all the info they need, True creates slammin' designs for the celebrity project manager, Ryan Sheckler. Meanwhile, Amanda tries to prove to Oscar that her lack of kindness isn't the reason that her assistants keep quitting.

When True, Ryan and Lulu learn that Amanda's boyfriend is cheating on her, True decides to tell Amanda the truth. Meanwhile, Lulu is convinced Max's accountant is really Santa Claus.

True accidentally lends Lulu a work-in-progress dress for a school dance. On the other hand, True also gets Jimmy and his band booked as the band for the dance.

True is determined to save her school's design department from budget cuts and decides to hold a fundraising concert. As she searches for a big performer to headline the concert, Lulu offers little help as she is more focused on trying to find alone time with Mikey J. Just when it looks as though Ryan's mediocre magic act is her only option for a headliner, pop sensation Justin Bieber agrees to perform. All seems fine until last minute problems have the students scrambling to save the show and their school's design department. Brooklyn tween punk rock band Care Bears on Fire also make an appearance in the episode and perform their hit song "Everybody Else."

True's crushing on a new boy at school named Justin (Tyler James Williams), but when she finally gets the courage to ask him out, he turns her down. In an attempt to show True his romantic side, Justin enlists the help of superstar Natasha Bedingfield to perform "These Words" for the duo. Back at the office, Mr. Madigan takes casual dress day too far and Amanda can't handle it. Meanwhile, a statistics class has uncovered a special connection between Mikey J and Kelsey (Jordan Monaghan) that has Lulu and Ryan seething with jealousy.

After Max challenges the designers to all come up with a big idea that will help promote Mad Style, True designs a jacket for game show host, Burt Burlington, to wear in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. When True learns of Max's hatred for Burt Burlington, True must sneak onto Burt's parade float to retrieve the jacket. However, in the tussle to get the jacket back, True accidently pushes Burt off and saves the day by taking his place and riding on the float.

Ryan directs the school play and tries to please leading lady Kelsey at all costs, even if it means upsetting True and Lulu. So True makes a deal with Pinky (Jeanette McCurdy) to get back at Ryan.

Max must report to detention at True's school after he eats a flash drive containing her homework. Meanwhile, True and Lulu sneak into their closed office building to get a design they need.

True's Uncle Troy who has a history of bad luck takes over as the receptionist at Mad Style, but after True touches him, She now believes that she has inherited his bad luck in exchange of Uncle Troy receiving True's lucky streak. This all comes at a bad time, due to True working on a fragrance for the company. Meanwhile, Lulu begins to have romantic dreams about Ryan, which causes her to be uncomfortable around him. She then tells Mikey J. who challenges Ryan to a boxing match.

Max dares the Mad Style employees to perform their best pranks, but True and Lulu take things to far when they think he's playing a prank on them at school by giving them a fake standardized exam.

"Mad Rocks", an annual rock-oriented fashion show comes around with Lulu agreeing to plan the event but True knowing about Lulu's irresponsibilites in the past is reluctant to let her plan it herself. Her eavesdropping nearly deters the event from happening but tries to saves the day by bringing Jimmy's band Fire & Ice back together. Meanwhile, Max is on vacation, but he is still watching over the company with a camera helmet worn by Amanda.

Max arranges a carnival in Mad Style, during this time True and Jimmy show affection for each other when no one is around. When Max catches them kissing, he demands that one of them must quit by the end of the day. When True and Jimmy decide that they both do not want to quit, Max finally decides to get rid of the no employees dating policy. Meanwhile, Ryan has hard time winning a teddy bear prize for Kelsey at the carnival. also amanda wants no part in this day but ends up have fun away when she gets stuck in the bounce house after trying to get coffee and jumps up and down until it deflates

True and Shelly go up against Lulu and Mikey J. and Kyle Sandbox and Kelsey in the class president and vice president election.

True is overwhelmed with tasks for the day from taking her driving test, to designing a dress for a girl's sweet 16 party, picking up Jimmy's father from the airport as well as also planning a surprise birthday party for Jimmy. Meanwhile, Max is unaware that a "lucky" pair of pants that he has shared with friends is not lucky at all. Also, Ryan is worried about a marble-sized growth growing on his arm.
