On the corner of 113th and Lennox, in the heart of Harlem, you'll find the Black Ink Crew and all of their crazy antics. While PR man Puma mysteriously loses his front tooth, Dutchess the Southern Belle settles into life in the big city and tries to get used to the scrutiny of her playful boss, Ceaser. Meanwhile, manager and front desk girl Alex gets into it with a Mixxxy (Black Ink groupie) over her choice of tattoo and Ceaser has just about had it with his employees who clearly don't respect his authority. After a hard night of partying, Ceaser arrives at his shop to find his staff AWOL. Alex and O'S**t are late so Cease is forced to call in other employees to help out. Puma arrives direct from the doctor's office; delivering some big news...a new, pint-size member of the Black Ink crew will be arriving shortly! When one of O'S**t's clients comes in with a messed up tattoo and Shit is still nowhere to be found, Cease struggles between being a tough boss and a loyal friend.

Ceaser is fed up with O'S**t's unprofessionalism and makes a decision that will send the Black Ink Crew spinning out of control. Puma receives shocking news while at a strip club and is forced to consider the tough changes he'll have to make as a new father. The girls do brunch and talk about walking in an upcoming fashion show. Alex is less than excited to be a part of the amateur event but promises Dutchess and Sassy she'll be by their sides. Dutchess has a high profile tattoo client test her skills and her patience. Alex and O'S**t get hot and heavy during a photo shoot and her attempt to get him back on Ceaser's good side goes terribly wrong at a Black Ink back yard party.

The aftermath of O'S**t's firing is starting to hit Ceaser where it hurts the most.in his pockets. Sassy is contemplates leaving the chaos of the shop for more stability in the corporate world. Outside of the shop Alex, Dutchess, and Sassy anticipate modeling in an upcoming fashion show. Puma discovers O'S**t's life has spiraled out of control with the biggest blow yet: losing his daughter and eviction from his apartment. Alex moves forward with her feelings for Ted, but at a cost to her friendship with Dutchess and Sassy.

Dutchess drives Ceaser to court where he may end up serving time in jail for owing back child support. Sassy takes a terrified Puma to get a new tooth. Cease confronts his baby mama for taking him to court. Dutchess reaps the benefits of walking in the fashion show and has her first go-see with Inked Magazine. Puma meets up with a still unemployed O'S**t who is about to lose daughter Lulu to his baby mama and be evicted from his apartment.

Black Ink throws a birthday party for Sassy that turns into an out of control Mixxxy bash and all hell breaks loose. Alex, Sassy and Dutchess have some girl time where Sassy and Dutchess confront Alex about getting mixed up with Ted. Alex gets jealous when Ted mixes with a Mixxxy and tries to get back at him by hitting on Ceaser. A jealous Dutchess finds out and goes ballistic, leaving Sassy to keep the peace. Black Ink's awning gets vandalized, creating more money problems for Ceaser who struggles with how to settle his child support debt and get the crew to Vegas for a big tattoo convention. Should he swallow his pride and hire O'S**t back?

The Black Ink Crew is heading to Vegas to be part of the biggest tattoo convention in the world. Alex has gone M.I.A. and the crew wonders if she is going to show up at all. Dutchess and Ceaser explore their evolving relationship but the trip is less than successful for the crew who half-ass their way through the convention, leaving Cease upset about the future of the shop and distrustful of his employees. O'S**t outshines everyone now that he has his job back and Dutchess and Sassy make the most of a huge photo shoot opportunity with Urban Ink Magazine.even though Alex (who set it up) is a no-show.

The Black Ink Crew is back! O'S**t's visit to court brings his baby mamas together for a family gathering that ends in broken tables and broken promises. Ceaser and Puma's 15 year friendship comes to a shocking end when Puma oversteps his boundaries under Ceaser's reign. When Dutchess and Cease get matching "King" and "Queen" tattoos, it becomes obvious to the rest of the crew that this self-proclaimed "power couple" is here to stay.

Ceaser and Dutchess are missing in action and the lights are out (literally) at Black Ink! O'S**t has a "dope-ass" tattoo to do for a loyal client and is psyched to make some much-needed "lawyer money." When the electric company arrives and pulls the power because Cease hasn't paid the bill, the crew can't work and they are forced to close the shop. O'S**t gets some tough love from his bail bondsmen on the impending consequences of him not taking his legal troubles seriously.

In the wake of Sassy's dramatic departure, Ceaser is left to wonder if the joke, and Dutchess' attitude, have gone too far.

With the Black Ink staff numbers dwindling, Ceaser meets with a potential new (female) employee, who is quickly shot down by the reigning queen of the shop, Dutchess.

When Dutchess tells Ceaser the news about Puma's new tattoo shop, he is shocked and hurt by his friend's betrayal. Meanwhile, Puma receives a civic award and announces his big news at a local Harlem event.

AIDS activist Maria Davis visits Dutchess at the shop for an HIV/AIDS Awareness tattoo and the entire crew is moved by her inner strength and personal story.

Black Ink Crew on VH1 returns for another crazy season of tattoos, "mixxxys", mayhem, and madness. The weather is heating up, and so is the drama

Dutchess invites Quani for a trip to Paris. Sassy then invites herself along. Elsewhere, the crew celebrates renovations at the shop.

Ceaser has second thoughts about his ex-flame. Meanwhile, Sky sets out to teach Ceaser a lesson about love. Also: A baby arrives.

Ceaser surprises Dutchess in Paris; Puma comes to check out the new shop; Sky confronts her mother.

Ceaser organizes a party to celebrate the reopening of the shop, but Puma arrives and complicates the proceedings, ultimately putting an end to a truce between him and Ceaser.

Ceaser announces news to the crew about Puma and Ink 124. Meanwhile, a drug test is failed, and Puma shows up at Quani's job.

After leaving Black Ink closed for a month, Ceaser is back in Harlem. In North Carolina, Dutchess still has to pay for unexpected renovations before her tattoo shop can open. Kathie warns O’Sh*t about child support payments.

Ceaser's arrest sends shock waves through Black Ink. Puma is opening up a brand new tattoo shop to give Black Ink a run for its money. All hell breaks loose when Ted hires a new tattoo artist behind Ceaser's back.

A new tattoo artist receives a traditional Black Ink welcome. Later, the ladies travel to Miami Beach for Sky's surgery; and Dutchess' wild night at the club could put her relationship with Ceaser at risk.

Sky undergoes cosmetic surgery to get the body she's always dreamed of. Later, Ceaser declares war after learning Puma opened a tattoo shop in close proximity to Black Ink; and Ceaser's shocked when Donna reveals the details of her night with Dutchess.

Ceaser confronts Dutchess about her alleged infidelity. Later, Naeem introduces his girlfriend to the Art2Ink crew; and Walt struggles with his new responsibilities as a full-time father when he's forced to give his kids "the talk."

Ceaser confronts O'S**t about rumors that he slept with Dutchess; and an altercation erupts when Donna refuses to pay Sky for her portion of the hotel bill. Later, Puma's life is put at stake when bullets are fired into Art2Ink.

In the Season 5 premiere, Ceaser holds a grand-opening party at his new shop. Later, Teddy takes on the role of executive manager of 113th; and Donna's furious to discover that Max is still involved with his ex.

O'S**t returns to Harlem with a new name and love interest. Later, Ted transforms Ceaser's old office and hires a new tattoo artist; and Kitty instigates a brawl after insulting the 113th shop.

Ceaser is forced to confront his employees after learning that Kitty was jumped, but when he arrives at the shop he discovers things are far worse than he thought. A rumor sends Young Bae into attack mode. Nikki finally agrees to let Richard work at 113th, but only after a questionable compromise. Sky concocts a crazy plan to get Donna back at the shop.

Dutchess takes over 113th and plans a 24-hour tattoo-a-thon to save the shop, but a fight between Sky and Tiffany threatens to ruin the entire event. An urgent call from Richard has Nikki racing to the Bronx courthouse. And Donna, needing cash so she can move out of Sky's apartment, sells her most precious asset.

Sky ends up with stitches when Tiffany confronts her about her attitude. Melody wants to return to Black Ink. Sky shares a closely guarded secret with Ceaser. Richard and Nikki's wedding celebration turns ugly

Walt tries to persuade Richard to deal with his legal matters; and Ceaser's caught off guard when Donna demands her job back. Later, Dutchess returns to New York City to celebrate her magazine cover.

Ceaser receives alarming news from his doctor and resolves to change his ways. Melody is shocked by Lalo's solution to their financial issues. And Sky heads to Texas to reunite with the children she gave up for adoption 15 years ago.

When $10,000 is stolen from the shop, Ceaser tasks Sky to find the culprit. Bae freaks out when Rob wants to take their relationship to the next level. And Melody has a break down when Donna publicly attacks her artistry and questions her character.

Sky loses her cool when Ceaser puts her in charge of 113. Kevin musters the courage to come out to his homophobic father. After an STD scare, Ceaser is forced to break up with his side chicks. Donna’s ex-roommate trashes her on the local news.

Donna is jealous when Ceaser doesn't choose her to help open a new shop in NOLA (which drives a wedge between her and Alex), and Young Bae becomes a citizen and a mother.

Donna catches Alex partying with strippers, Sky's son makes a shocking announcement about his post-graduation plans, and Melody reaches out to her mom's estranged family.

An old feud flares up when Jadah arrives in New Orleans, Walt confronts Ceaser about calling him a drunk, and Melody's estranged cousin stands her up.

Jadah shares big news, Miss Kitty asks Young Bae for a favor, Sky faces off with Herb, and the staff is shocked when the New Orleans shop is vandalized on opening day.

Ceaser fumes after discovering a New Orleans employee is a mole, Puma and O'S**t take advantage of Young Bae to wreck the 113th shop, and Alex's dad faces a risky surgery.

To get back in Ceaser’s good graces, Bae hires a new receptionist. Cheyenne calls Ceaser out for being an absentee parent. Jadah attacks her replacement, and Alex blows up when he hears that Donna reconnected with her ex.

Cease makes Puma a partner at 113th only to have his decision be questioned during his 40th birthday celebration; Bae struggles to keep her marriage together; Sky confronts her son Des.

Young Bae's marriage reaches a new low, Walt's new girlfriend turns out to have old beef with Donna, and Ceaser and Sky both experience parenting challenges.

Kit's mom passes away in D.C. and the news rocks the shop; Donna and Walt duke it out over Jessica; Puma hires new girl London; Bae thinks Puma's motives are shady.

In an effort to support Miss Kitty, Ceaser and the crew head down to Memphis, Tenn., so she can reconnect with her mother's roots; Krystal confronts Donna about her behavior during the lock-in.

The crew continues their stay in Memphis to pay their respects to Kitty's mom. London decides to throw a house party to promote the brand down south. Walt prepares to take his relationship with Jessica to the next step.

After the pandemic shutdown and the loss of his first Black Ink shop, Ceaser has a new lease on life and is determined to get the crew back together; Ceaser honors essential workers by giving out free tattoos.

Ceaser and Ted confront Walt about the break-in at the 125th shop, Puma takes care of his mental health, and Bae is uncertain about her future at the shop.

Walt talks to Jess and deals with the consequences of his actions.

Bae is officially back at the Brooklyn shop and Ceaser decides to relocate the entire crew to Atlanta.

The crew moves into its new mansion in Atlanta and Tatti gets a promotion at the shop.

After a rocky start in Atlanta, things only get worse as Rok and Krystal's relationship is tested by an artist in the Atlanta crew.

The crew celebrates 10 years of Black Ink; Ceaser realizes that not everyone deserves to be head of the class; Dave East gets inked; Ted prepares to come face-to-face with his estranged brother; Puma deals with a stressful family issue.

After Ceaser's talk with Ted and Puma, it's time for him to take on the other problem child; while Puma continues to handle things at home, Quani tries to find her independence and herself; newly single, Alex, exposes a whole new side of himself.

Spyder worries that his first pop-up shop will be a flop as Tatti looks to Krystal and Bae for advice on a special assignment.

Ceaser makes a public announcement about changes at the shop; Tatti gets a cold lesson in humility from Bae; Krystal takes a stand that could have lasting implications for Rok; employees are thrown for a loop when Ceaser makes a surprising decision.

Change is in the air at Black Ink as Ceaser introduces some new blood to the crew. Rok and Krystal consider their future at Black Ink as Bux opens up to bring awareness to others with his lifelong battle. Quani continues on her self-improvement journey, while Ted deals with an unexpected loss.
