Afnan faces a dilemma when he is being asked to provide post-trauma cleaning services; something neither he nor his cleaning team has ever done before. But Basyir, son of the deceased, provided emotional reasons for Afnan to not reject the request. Emma is not as excited as her best friend, Sabrina, to start their business course at the polytechnic. Mairah is worried for her job when her bank starts to lay off their staff.

Afnan is fighting against time to get Basyir's house ready before the guests arrive. Basyir shares an emotional moment with Afnan, which triggers Afnan's disturbing past. Emma is having second thoughts about continuing with her business course, after meeting a bunch of Science students. Mairah is frustrated with the house in a mess with Afnan's equipment. Afnan makes a decision in order to save CSS.

Mairah is angry that Afnan decides to officially include post trauma cleaning in CSS. As Emma gets closer to her new friends from the School of Science, Sabrina's irritation with Emma's lack of enthusiasm grows. While Emma sets her mind on transferring to another course, Mairah's position at work is getting more fragile.

While CSS is busy with Rosnah's case, Emma finds a special connection with her daughter, Liyana. Afnan is troubled at Raj and Dani's decision to quit CSS. While Mairah seeks new job opportunities, Emma is worried when Liyana believes that her mother died because of her.

Emma is frantically searching for Liyana who has been taken away by some unknown authorities. Mairah has to deal with the neighbours prying eyes and comments about Afnan's venture into trauma cleaning, especially the neighbourhood gossip, Asmah as she continues to lobby to other residents against Afnan and CSS doing their "cursed" work.

A new trauma cleaning case comes CSS's way, this time even closer to home for Afnan's family. A familiar face in the neighbourhood comes under suspicion as Afnan's new venture garners attention from the media. Mairah and Emma try to come to a consensus about Emma's choice of study but tensions are still high in the family.
