When Amber and Dal find Cloe wandering the streets, they have her take them to her companions Salene, Patsy, Paul and their dog Bob.

A mysterious figure watches the group at the mall as Amber informs Dal that they can't abandon the others.

Bray explains that he has been spying on the tribe to make sure the mall is a safe place to bring Trudy to have her baby -- but should she be allowed to stay?

Bray and Trudy have been voted out of the tribe, but it seems that Trudy's contractions have started, prompting Lex to suspect a con.

Bray still hasn't returned, and Trudy continues to be ill, preventing her from feeding the newborn baby and prompting Dal to make the dangerous trek to his father's surgery at the abandoned hospital for antibiotics.

Trudy's illness has worsened, and Bray's persistent disappearances are increasingly aggravating the rest of the group.

While the Mall Rats try to carry on after suffering two devastating losses, a strange cult dedicated to Zoot arrives on the shores near the City.

The Mall Rats arrive back home, despondent and still reeling from their loss. Lex, Tai-San and Ebony bring the antidote to the Mall, while Bray brings Danni.

The Mall Rats find themselves harassed by kids desperate for the antidote. Following her destruction of the formula, Tai-San searches for herbs to create her own version of it while the Chosen continue their journey to the City.

Just as the gang are preparing to flee the Mall, Tai-San claims that she has made the antidote. Trudy feels increasingly alone, while an enraged Alice and others arrive at the Mall demanding the real antidote.

Alice takes Tai-San hostage until she is sure that Ellie is on the mend, and when she is, the two sisters decide to move to the Mall, with Alice becoming Tai-San's bodyguard. Meanwhile, the Chosen arrive in the City.

Alice appoints Dal as Chief of the farm in her absence, while Bray and Danni begin arranging a meeting of tribe leaders. The Chosen arrive in the City and move in on the Mall Rats.

The Mall Rats are in chains, with Bray and Lex initially presumed dead. However, Ebony soon finds and leads them to safety, but the others, starved and increasingly desperate, are not quite as lucky.

With Bray captured, Ebony and Lex are unsure what their next step should be, and finally meet the enigmatic figure who has been stalking them. Trudy tries to convince Bray to join the Chosen, while the rest of the tribe struggle on.

Ellie is guilt stricken about what happened to Jack, Ebony is strangely unwilling to talk about the female leader of Pride's tribe, and the Guardian tries to break Bray's will.

Ebony and Lex are back in the City, the Guardian gives Trudy an impossible task, and Pride has a startling revelation for his new friends.

Salene and May join the Chosen as spies for the Mall Rats, Trudy is further tested by the Guardian, while Bray, Lex, Ebony and Dal meet a familiar face from the past.

At the Mall, Luke shows Ellie an unexpected kindness while elsewhere, Amber remains aloof, refusing to speak to Bray about how she survived the fire at Eagle Mountain.

The City is in chaos after the appearance of the airplane. No-one knows who these new arrivals are or what they want. Meanwhile, Amber is in labor and completely alone.

The remaining Mall Rats band together to find out what is going on, while Trudy helps Amber deliver her baby. Salene finds a little girl close to the Mall and takes her home, but someone is watching her.

The City's tribes hold a crisis meeting to decide what to do about the invading Technos. Meanwhile, Ellie goes to the farm to look for Alice, Dee makes a mistake, and Amber and Trudy have to get by without Bray.

Ved is in trouble after losing his communicator, while Ram tracks its signal to the Mall. Jack has a breakthrough about the source of the Technos' power, and Amber makes a decision about her and baby Bray's future.

Lex is angry when his shrine to Tai-San is robbed, Jay is sent to deal with Ebony, while Ellie is devastated by Jack's capture, and Amber and Trudy are still on their trek to find the Ecos.

While the Mall Rats plan their attack, Ebony secretly strikes a deal with Jay. Cloe feels babied by Salene, and Java and Siva make a discovery.

Ebony continues to be plagued by visions of Zoot, and he is also seen around the City by others. Mega has secret plans, Salene is in trouble, Sammy is hooked on Paradise, and a new face saves Ram.

The Locos' police car reappears in the City, and as Ebony's nightmares continue, Trudy has one as well. Lex tries to keep the peace, Mega and Java collaborate further, and Ram is delirious at Ruby's saloon.

The City is awash with rumors about Zoot's reappearance. Amber receives devastating news, Salene is still imprisoned, and Slade has a change of heart about Ram.

Ebony feels neglected by Jay, and Lex continues to search in vain for Tai-San. Jack arrives back in the City and meets a new friend, but danger is not far away, while Ram grows increasingly desperate.

As May searches the City for Pride, she experiences the Zoot rumors firsthand. Mega and Java play mind games, Salene's situation is increasingly perilous, and Jack tries to convince Gel to go to the Mall with him.

Ebony is convinced of Zoot's power, Amber and Jay get closer, Siva stumbles on Lex's stash, Slade tries to break Ram, and Mega and Java plot their next move.
