When Detective Finley Bullet is in trouble yet again, this time for firing bullets at a vacated car getting booked, he is teamed up with Detective Kye Gunn, a street smart cop. Meanwhile the evil Frank Stone is thinking up his worst crime yet, with no help from Diggo his sidekick.

The detectives check in with Lovelace only to discover that Frank Stone is planning a 'mucho grande' diamond bust, the 'mucho grandest' ever, and it's all happening today.
